Coaching Agreement

KRESENYA CLAIRE COACHING, LLC 

Coaching Agreement & Terms of Service 

  1.  Purpose of Coaching 

Coaching is a collaborative, growth-oriented process designed to support self-trust, emotional regulation, decision-making clarity, and personal development. 

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, or legal/financial advice. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. 

The Client understands that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical services. 

The Client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. 

  1.  Coaching Services 

Session Format 

All coaching sessions are: 

- Held online 

- Cameras off 

- 45 minutes in length 

- Conducted at a mutually agreed-upon time 

Session packages, single sessions, and payment plan options are determined separately and may vary. 

  1.  Scheduling & Communication 

Sessions are scheduled in advance. 

Between sessions, the Client may communicate with Coach through: 

- Voxer (asynchronous messaging) 

- Email 

Coach will reply during reasonable business hours. 

Voxer and email are not intended for crisis counseling, therapeutic intervention, or continuous conversation.

  1.  Cancellation Policy 

Client may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. 

Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows are charged in full unless due to illness or a genuine emergency. A one-time grace exception may be offered at the Coach’s discretion. 

If Coach becomes ill or has an emergency, she may reschedule at no cost to the Client. 

  1.   Refund & Credit Policy 

All payments are non-refundable. 

Unused sessions may be applied as credit toward future coaching sessions for up to six (6) months from the purchase date. 

  1.  Results & Responsibilities 

Coach does not guarantee results. 

Client agrees to attend sessions on time, participate openly, communicate needs, and seek professional support when needed. 

Coach agrees to provide compassionate, professional support and maintain boundaries. 

  1.   Confidentiality 

All coaching conversations are confidential except in cases of: 

- Risk of harm 

- Suspected abuse 

- Legal requirement 

Coaching is not protected by HIPAA. Sessions may be recorded only with mutual consent. 

  1.   Liability Limitation 

Client agrees Coach is not liable for decisions or outcomes resulting from coaching. 

Client releases Coach and Kresenya Claire Coaching, LLC except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. 

  1.  Governing Law 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

  1.   Electronic Signature 

Electronic signatures, including acknowledgment check boxes, hold the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

By agreeing to this document, Client acknowledges:
